URBAN RAIL ELECTRIFICATION Programme Details: To gain familiarity on the AC 33KV network layout, DC & 750V TPSS equipment layout. Understand the basic functions and operations of the Rail Electrification equipment. Discover various protection of Rail Electrification systems and comprehend the need for adherence to the Electrical Acts & Regulations and observe the safety measure when working at Bulk Supply (BSS). Traction Power Supply Sub-stations (TPSS) and Wayside Electrical Equipment.

Programme Objective:

Acquire knowledge on the following urban rail electrification system & equipment:
