ACADEMICIAN PROGRAMME

The Metro Operations & Engineering Training programme is structured to provide the comprehensive skills and knowledge on Metro rail systems. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded with certification by PACE and/or Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia. These would add value to the capability and competency level of operator workforce in operating their operation system.

TRACK NETWORK MAINTENANCE

Permanent Way Inspection

Programme Objective:

To develop participants’ knowledge and skills on Track Network or Permanent Way system.
To gain an in-depth experience on Track Network system, subsystem and equipment maintenance works including exposure on the use of rail track vehicles.
In addition, participants will get the opportunity to undergo night maintenance activities covering works such as rail grinding, ballast, slab track maintenance.
